We understand that unexpected events can occur, but we ask that you kindly inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session if you need to cancel. This notice allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and offer the appointment slot to another client in need. If you fail to cancel within this 24-hour period, a cancellation fee will be applied. This fee is calculated as 50% of your appointment fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and efficient service for all our clients.
